Handamde Christmas Junk Journals

I am not exactly sure what motivated this Halloween enthusiast to create some Christmas journals….but here we are LOL! Well, actually, that is not entirely true. Part of what motivated me was the incredible scrapbook paper that I found online. It was so lovely and so vintage, I couldn’t resist. I always fall for the scrapbook paper from Simple Stories and Echo Park. I love the colours and the texture of the paper. It really is very inspiring.

I decide to make four journals with different covers but inside is all the same.

I personally really enjoy working in a bigger journal so I decided to not cut this gorgeous paper down and I made these 6” x 12”. Each journal has 42 pages in total with a mix of scrapbook paper, colour copy paper and a ton of journal cards and tags. There are over 100 bits and pieces on these journals for you to create with.

There are only a few places where I glue in pockets or tabs because I want to give its new owner a lot of flexibility in what cards and tags go where. I like the idea of giving you a ton of freedom with the ephemera included so that you can create a journal that is really suited best for you.
